DAY 48

Rested well

Read Jeremiah 48

Had a session with his Math Teacher in the morning.

Also had a session with his Spanish Teacher in the afternoon…but this one was special. She was a two-time cancer survivor and had been praying for Jeremiah at her church since she met him the first time. Before she left the house today, she was lead to bring her flute to the session and play a song for Jeremiah. After asking our permission to play, she asked if we knew the song, “Break every chain” - we looked at each other and smiled. Invited her into our living room where Jeremiah has his Keyboard and asked if she minded that he played with him for a little jam session. God works in mysterious ways to bring encouragement and reminders that he can truly ‘Break every chain’. That was one session that he will never forget and of course brought a smile on his face.

Spent time with some friends and family

Had pain in feet and joints throughout the day - unbearable at times.

Will be admitted to hospital this coming Monday thru Saturday for the 3rd round of chemo.

Here’s a clip of the audio below.
